Description
PRO-SAN® Final Rinse Antifungal is a highly concentrated rinse for washing fruits & vegetables. For use one ounce (29.57 mL) is diluted with four gallons of water and can be easily dispensed with automatic meters. It is extensively used in food processing, and green houses. The product is exclusively made using food grade & GRAS ingredients approved by the FDA and USDA for use on fruits, vegetables, and raw agricultural commodities. The diluted ready-to-use PRO-SAN® Final Rinse Antifungal is colorless, odorless, biodegradable, shelf-stable, and free of animal products. PRO-SAN® Final Rinse Antifungal does not require additional rinsing with water.
PRO-SAN® Final Rinse Antifungal is free of V.O.C.s (volatile organic compounds) for pollution free breathing indoors & in enclosed spaces. PRO-SAN® Final Rinse Antifungal does not react covalently with organic matter. It does not alter or destroy organic food by chemical oxidation. Unlike most oxidizing chemicals (bleach-hypochlorite, chlorine dioxide, per-acetic acid, hydrogen peroxide & ozone) used on produce, PRO-SAN® Final Rinse Antifungal leaves vitamins, phytochemicals and other nutrients of fresh fruits and vegetables in natural condition.
